Dann die Butter in St\u00fccke schneiden und mit dem Eigelb zu der Mischung hinzuf\u00fcgen.<\/li>\n<li>Mit den H\u00e4nden knete, bis ein fester, glatter Teig entsteht.<\/li>\n<li>Den Teig in die Sch\u00fcssel geben und mit Frischhaltefolie \u00fcberdeckt f\u00fcr eine Stunde in den K\u00fchlschrank stellen.<\/li>\n<li>Dann den Teig aus dem K\u00fchlschrank nehmen und die Arbeitsfl\u00e4che mit Mehl einst\u00e4uben. Dann den Teig mit dem Nudelholz auf ca. 5mm Dicke ausrollen.<\/li>\n<li>Den Ofen auf 175 Grad Hei\u00dfluft vorheizen.<\/li>\n<li>Jetzt kannst du die Herzchen aus deinem Teig ausstechen &#8211; du ben\u00f6tigst f\u00fcr jeden fertigen Kekse zwei Teile &#8211; einmal geschlossen und einmal mit offenem Herz in der Mitte<\/li>\n<li>Backpapier auf das Backblech legen und deine Keksh\u00e4lften vorsichtig darauf legen.<\/li>\n<li>10 bis 15 Minuten im vorgeheizten Ofen goldbraun backen.<\/li>\n<li>Die geschlossenen Kekse mit deine Marmelade bestreichen, besonders in der Mitte, dann die Oberseite mi Loch darauf dr\u00fccken.
