Ich wei\u00df noch genau, was f\u00fcr eine Offenbarung es f\u00fcr mich war, als ich vor ein paar Jahren herausfand, dass man die Kleinen auch zuhause selbermachen kann. Dieser Duft nach ger\u00f6steten Mandeln, etwas Zimt und dem karamellisierenden Zucker \u2013 ein Traum! Genauso gerne, wie ich sie pur nasche, verarbeite ich sie weiter zu Desserts, T\u00f6rtchen oder Mandelmus. Das Rezept f\u00fcr selbiges und ein <strong>passendes Etikett<\/strong> habe ich euch heute mitgebracht. So wird das Gebrannte Mandelmus ganz einfach zu einem <strong>Weihnachtsgeschenk aus der K\u00fcche<\/strong> oder einem <strong>Mitbringsel zum Adventskaffee<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Gebranntes Mandelmus<\/h3>\n<p>200 g gebrannte Mandeln (gekauft oder zum Beispiel nach diesem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.radbag.de\/blog\/tag-22-hol-dir-den-weihnachtsmarkt-nach-hause-mit-dem-besten-gluehwein-teil-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Rezept<\/strong><\/a> selbstgemacht) in einem sehr leistungsstarken Mixer so lange mixen, bis sie zu einem streichf\u00e4higen Mus geworden sind. Das dauert ein bisschen und evtl. muss der Mixer zwischendurch immer mal wieder etwas abk\u00fchlen.
